Workout styles

Everyone that knows me knows that I am a workoutholic and I have a very strict routine 6 days a week because it not only helps me stay in shape but makes me feel good, healthy and relaxed(sometimes I am a very anxious person so I have issues). I believe it is important for everyone to have an active lifestyle, maybe you don't need/want to work out 6 days a week, or run for an hour, but maybe you can start having 20 minute walks around your neughbourhood or give yoga a try. Anyway for everyone that loves excercise as much as I do here are some styles that you can copy for the next time you visit the gym.
